Answer: Escape Rooms are live-interactive adventure games. Your team is locked in a themed room where you follow evidence, search for clues, work puzzles, solve problems, open locks and work together to escape before your time expires. Your team will have up to one hour to try to complete all of the tasks in your game space before time is out!
Answer: No. You will always have the option to exit the room in case you need to leave. You will also be constantly in contact with your game host who can assist you in any way. Your safety is our utmost concern, but the timer will continue if you choose to exit.
Answer: Yes. Your game host will be monitoring your progress and will be giving you assistance when requested. You can ask for three clues during your game.
Answer: If you are under 15 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 years of age and are coming without a parent or guardian, you will need to fill out a waiver before arriving.
Answer: You and your group should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. You will need to check-in and fill out waiver forms if you have not already done so. If you have the entire room booked and arrive late, your game will be shortened accordingly. If you are part of another group and the game has already started, you will not be permitted to enter the room. Please allow enough time in case of traffic issues. There is plenty of parking at our location.
Answer:Hilton Head Escape Room does operate shared gaming spaces, and depending on demand you may be paired up with some new friends for your experience here. However, if you are looking for a private experience, please see our About Our Rooms page for more information.
Answer: Yes. All reservations are made through our website and must be booked in advance. The farther out you reserve your game, the better chance you have of getting the date and time you desire.
Answer: No. All sales are final. We apologize for the inconvenience but if you can not make your appointment, call our team and we will try to reschedule or accommodate your group.
Answer: No. We do not allow videos or pictures to be taken inside our escape rooms. We want to keep the experience new and fresh for all our participants.
Answer: The cost for a game is $34.95 per person (kids 6 and under play for free) with an optional $50 fee to guarantee a Private Experience, however we offer many special rates!
